Ibritumomab tiuxetan (pronounced /brtumomæb takstæn/[1]), sold under the trade name Zevalin, is a monoclonal antibody radioimmunotherapy treatment for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The drug uses the monoclonal mouse IgG1 antibody ibritumomab in conjunction with the chelator tiuxetan, to which a radioactive isotope (either yttrium-90 or indium-111) is added. I need to speak with people that did this treatment. ## My husband recently had this treatment -- I too had a hard time finding Zevalin patients. I'm happy to help with info - let me know. ## I had a zevlin treatment 12-16-09. Would like to find out if anyone has been experiancing joint pain since treatment. Has anyone had results yet? ## Zevalin has been known to cause joint pain as a side effect, along with nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, fever, and anxiety.
