Zerodol Mr Side Effect

Hi All, I have been diagnosed with Ancalytic Spondalisis. I am having acute pain in my back. I am taking zerodol MR daily to relax (1 tablet daily at night). I am taking this medicine from the last 6 months. Please advise, will there be any side effect to my body or bones? Will you suggest any test for me to checkup the condition of the body? I Want to know about this tablet zerodol, is there any side effer ## This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory from India.
