i am 101kg my doctor has ask me to take zerofat A,twice a day. does this capsule is effective and has any side effects. how effective is this and what is other things which we have to look out when we take this medicine. ## Zerofat really works! But you have to have it right before or after (within an hour) of the meal. It prevents absorption of fat, n this fat goes out in the form of stool. So if you have a high fat intake of food, you will have some side effects such as passing gas, urge to go to the bathroom due to heavy bowel movements etc- this is not a negative side effect, it just causes this discomfort , and helps you flush out fat and reduce fat in your body. ## I am 90 kg now my doctor has recommended to take zerofat a 2 time a day . Hello, My weight is 90 & height 5'5 want to know the proper disage to take of ZEROFAT-A sachet, how to use it & how many months need to take. ## @PIU, From what I could gather, the active ingredient in Zerofat-A is Orlistat. According to the manufacturer, the typical adult dosage of Orlistat is 120mg taken orally 3 times daily. Apparently you're supposed to take each dose with every meal you have that contains fat. However the manufacturer goes on to note that the dose may also be taken within about an hour of finishing your meal(s). As to how long you should take it, I think that is best determined by you and your doctor, depending on your goals an expectations. Hello, I am Hans (71 years). I live in Germany. I've been taking Harvoni for 6 weeks. I am happy that I have no problems and no side effects. I started with a viral load of 1.1 million. The fist blood test after 14 days had a reduction to 94 (!). In 2 days I shall see my doc again. I'm curious about the new result (I hope ZERO). If this were the case, you wouldn't be able to eat anything, since all, if not most foods contain vitamins and minerals whether they are fortified or naturally occurring. I have been on Celebrex for just over 6 months now. My Rheumatologist has had a heck of a time figuring out what exactly is wrong with me. So here it goes: for the longest time now I have been having flares, my muscles all stiffen up & spasm, which makes it hard to move. Joints hurt, but only because of the stiffness. I do not get restorative sleep and end up with depression quite badly. Energy level-zero.
