Dear Sir, I have hyperacidity since 8 years,presently my age is 38years.For the last 8 years i have been taking pentodec,zentac,nexium ,Nexpro 20. I change the brand after every six months approx. Sir I take one of these tablets with half motilium m empty stomach in the morning since 8 years. Has 555 on one side and 863z on the other. ## Hi Alib, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a white oblong shaped pill with "5|5|5" on one side and "ZE 38" on the back. But if you were to hold it upside down, the back side would look strikingly similar to 863z... This particular pill reportedly contains 15mgs of Buspirone hydrochloride, which is mainly used for treating anxiety. Tb XIGDUO twice daily or alternatively FORXIGA 5mg twice + CARBOPHAGE 1000mg )twice. Also JANUVIA 100 mg once daily. which will avoid causing weight gain and help loose weight. Again for BP the tablet recommended is Natrilam 5 mg 2 tabs a day. Also ZEROFAT A for weight reduction. Height is 6 ft whilst weight is 145 kg. These things have been detected off-late at an early age 38 yrs. Just worried hope these combinations do not have any side effects in the long run. Off-late the XIGDUO and JANUVIA have been recommended.
