white round pill cz02 ## I believe this is the old pill that is now being made in a capsule form of something called Balsalazide 750mg or brand name Colazal. It is an anti-imflammatory used to relax the bowel. Side effects include severe diarrhea, stomach cramping, ulcers, among others. ## Actually, the marking on the tablet has been misread, it's ZC 02 and it contains 25mgs of Promethazine, the active ingredient in Phenergan, which is most commonly used to treat or prevent nausea and vomiting.
