Does Zapiz 0.5 mg tablets (2 per day) useful in treating spasms wile moving your bowels. Does it induce acute sleepiness. If so, how to overcome that. ## Zapiz contains the active ingredient Clonazepam, which is a Benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. And no, I am not aware of its being used to treat such issues, nor can I find any information that says it is effective at doing so. Did your doctor instruct you to use it?
