Does Azithral 500 have any effect on the CBC? I have taken 5 tablets ( one a day for 5 days) together with Zanocin 200 (14 tablets --2 tablets/day for seven days) at the same time. I have polycythemia vera (JAK 2 test negative) and normally my Haemetocrit & haemoglobin values are high. However, when taking a blood test 2 days after finishing the Zanocin & Azithral tablets the results showed normal levels HG 12.2 & Haemetocrit 41
