I found an unmarked glass prescription bottle filled with small round yellow pills. One side has a "P" imprint, the other side is just scored. Ive searched and am not finding it anywhere!! Help please!! ## Hello, Dee! How are you? If it was a glass bottle, then these are most likely old pills, because glass is no longer used. Thus, they may be something that is no longer being manufactured. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else have an idea of what these tablets contain? ## Thank you for looking ive drove myself crazy trying to find this pill! I figured because of them being in a glass bottle that they would be ancient hints why im not finding anything. Not sure where to look for discontinued pills. ## Primatene tablets they'r...

Was just wondering what these pills do as doc gave it to my wife without proper name on it. Round yellow pill with E41 imprint ## Flexeril is a fairly potent muscle relaxant. They added these to my pain regimen when Congress cut down the amounts of opiates (Morphine) a person could take. ## I went to the pharmacy and asked them for asthma tablets and they gave me these small round yellow pills with E41 imprints and it stopped the asthma but I'm feeling really nauseous n have a headache after taking it...

Hi my friend gave me 2 of these to help with my chronic migraines - she said it was generic endone. They're tiny (but bigger than a birth control pill) bright yellow with the imprint IA, then a score with 25 underneath. Nothing on the other side. I have a prescription for endone 5mg but need to get to dr for new prescription which won't happen for a week. I'm a bit uneasy about taking it until I know EXACTLY what it is. Can someone please help? ## I have some of those tablets too ! Can someone tell me what they are please ? ## Hi, I'm in the same situation and can't find any information about these. Did you find out, or did you try them? ## It is an anti depressant that does not mix well with some other meds. APO-Amitriptyline tablet looks like 10mg tablet: Blue colo...

I have a small round pill, scored down the middle, with no markings. It's from a pharmacy in Hong Kong, and I was told it was Diazepam. If so, what strength would this be? Thank you. ## Eek! With no markings and with it being from a foreign country, I am not sure. I did some searching and from what I've seen in posts from other people, the yellow ones from Hong Kong are said to be 5mg tablets, but I can't confirm that. Without more information, I can't even confirm that they are Diazepam. Learn more Diazepam details here. Were you actually there and got this from a pharmacy in person, or is this something you ordered online?

I found some yellowish oval capsule like tablets in my house. Inscribed I127. What is the name of the pills and what do they treat? ## Based on the tablet being described it is most likely Griseofulvin 125 mg (NDC 0781-5827) used for treating fungal infections. "125 mg, are yellow colored, oval shaped, film coated biconvex tablets debossed with ‘I127’ on one side and scored on other side." Source: DailyMed ## I found three tablets in my son's pocket. I want to know its uses.

I have a very small round yellowish pill with no imprint on either side. What could this pill be? Bencoprim? ## Hello Carla, Without an identifiable imprint on the pill there is no way anyone is going to be able to give you an accurate answer. Though I can't identify the pill I can provide you with some information that may help a little. Only controlled medication in the U.S. needs to have an identifiable imprint so over the counter medication would not need to have one. In addition the FDA does not require supplements, vitamins, candies/mints or dietary pills to have imprints either. Another problem is that companies of these types of products can change the appearance of their tablets/pills as they want to so even if you knew the product it can often be difficult to find the exac...

I was told 7.5 vicodin no imprint because it was generic, true? ## Hello, Avedon! How are you? No, that is not true. Even generic prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. If it has no imprint, it is most likely some type of over the counter product. I'll do some searching and post back, if I find anything that matches this description. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? The FDA classifies Vicodin as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

There is no imprint on in side and only a v in the other side. Is this an oxycotin 40? ## Hi kelly, What type of "V" would you describe it as? Is it cursive like the one from Vintage Pharmaceuticals? If so, their tablets are recognized for having an additional set of numbers on the pill as well; deeming this as a possible counterfeit. And please correct me if I'm wrong but judging from your description, one has to assume that it wasn't obtained from a legitimately licensed pharmacy. In such cases there are no guarantees that what you received is real, unless you were to have its contents analyzed by a lab. Reason being is that counterfeits nowadays are becoming increasingly similar to the real thing, and without a way to verify the imprint, it's just not worth the ri...

Hi. My friend bought tablets from MX thinking they were Vicodin. The bottle says 10 mg Vicodin HP/Hydrocodone Bitartrate. There’s no imprint, so they look sketchy. What do you think they are? Thank you! ## Hello Dee, The problem with buying drugs from Mexico is that they don't have the same regulations as we do in the U.S and they don't require their medication to have an imprint like we do. This is because they don't have to follow the rules and regulations of the FDA. Since it doesn't have an imprint I can't really give you any information on the medicine to tell you it's validity. Administer this medicine at your own risk.

Yellow pill with TEVA on the front and the numbers 3251 on the back ## Hello, Maw Maw! How are you? The closest match I can find to the one in your subject line is one with the marking TEVA 3926, it's round, yellow and contains 5mgs of Diazepam, it is a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. However, I'm not finding any tablets with TEVA 3326 on them, nor with TEVA 3251. Can you please double check the imprint and post back? Thanks!

The pill is small, round, bright yellow, and the only imprint is a hexagon on one side. Thanks for the help!!! (i was told it was a diet pill) ## Hi, Abby! I'm sorry, but the operative word here is Mexico! They don't keep track of most of their medications, which means that there is no identifier available for their tablets. I wish there were as it would make things much easier, but since they don't keep track and they don't require imprints, even trying to start such a database would be a ridiculously difficult undertaking. That said, the best thing to do with this tablet would be to just dispose of it properly. Where did you find it? ## Capsule half brown and half Carmel color and told it is diet pill from Mexico ## A friend of mine picked up 50 small round yellow pill...

shape: capsule consistency: hard color: yellow and red, gray in the middle ## capsule shape, hard, yellow and red with gray in the middle a double row of dots on the gray with an ellipse on each end of the two rows of dots ## Sorry, I can't find a listing for this, it seems similar in make-up to the Tylenol Rapid Release tablets, but I am not certain that's what it is. Does anyone else know?

yellow, scored tablet with "M" imprint ## Are there any 10 mg. clonazepam tablets? ## Scag, is that the only imprint on the tablet, an M? There is nothing listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases that just has an M on it and nothing else. However, this could be a foreign medication or an over the counter item. As to your question on Clonazepam, no, it is oly available in a maximum of 2mgs tablets.

Small yellow pill with L imprint ## yellow round pill with a capital L on it. it is not black it is just imprinted into the pill ## small round pill with an L imprint on it, nothing on the other side, what is it? ## While the L isn't always black, these tablets are listed as containing 81mgs of Aspirin. The FDA warns that it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Drummerchef, what color is your tablet? ## The version with a black L may correspond with NDC code 57896-981, and yes, it's delayed release ASA 81mg. Below is a picture as the OP requested. There is also a version where the L is embedded directly into the tablet (not a different color). ## I'm also looking to identify a medication with this d...

Im trying to find out what these pills are that I came across while packing to move. Theyre a medium yellow tablet (like a flat tic tac) with notch in the middle and imprint PML on one side. ## Hello, IrishLeo! How are you? I'm sorry, but I can't find a listing for anything matching this description in any of the databases that I've checked. That leads me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize these tablets?

Red and yellow capsule - NO imprint at all. Maybe an antibiotic or Cipro...... ## I don't think this pill was manufactured in the U.S., as it has no letter or number imprints. U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have unique letters or numbers (sometimes in addition to a logo of some kind) imprinted on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. However, the way a pill looks is entirely up to the whit and whim of the company making it, so there could be many, many pills on the market, both over the counter or prescription that could meet that physical description. Unless you obtained this pill on the street, the only other thing I can suggest is that you try asking your local doctor or pharmacist for more information.

Please tell my husband that my white oblong pills w/ U 17 on one side which I know for a fact are substituted for Percocet 10-325 mg tablets cuz it says so on my Rx bottle are the real deal & tell me what's the difference in mine & the yellow ones my mom used to get. ## Yes, this tablet is manufactured by Aurolife Pharma and they list them as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, this is a generic for Percocet, which is a narcotic pain reliever. The yellow ones are manufactured by a different company, which is very common with generics. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?
