I have a small yellow tablet with raised heart on one side. It is approx. 1/4 in diameter. Any help would be appreciated. ## Supposed to be a muscle relax. I am trying to identify a round yellow pill with the number 92 on one side and blank on the other. The edge of the round pill is flat from front to back.
