The hourglass logo could be the one that was used by Ivax pharmaceuticals, which was recently purchased by Teva and they do have some over the counter products. However, as an OTC item, they are not required to log the imprints with the FDA or individualize them, so it may be difficult to determine what this tablet contains. The closest match I can find to the one in your subject line is one with the marking TEVA 3926, it's round, yellow and contains 5mgs of Diazepam, it is a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. I found a partially melted pill in the wash. It was a dull yellow on the outside and white with blue flecks on the inside. I found an orange peach pill that say ABG or EBG on one side (its hard to tell) and the number 40 on the other. It's round. ## ABG 40 is Oxycodone Controlled Release 40mgs, a generic for Oxycontin. A very strong narcotic pain reliever, very addictive and with some pretty heavy side effects. ## I know this is an old thread but wanted to post an update. Currently I believe this old pill has been superseded by the 40 mg extended release (OP version) from Teva. It is round and yellow with the imprint OP 40. NDC code 0093-5733 for anyone who is interested.
