Yellow round pill ## med size round light yellow pill with W89 on one side and Wilshire on the other side ## From what I have been able to gather this appears to be a product manufactured by Wilshire Labs (Pvt) Limited in Pakistan. I am not 100% sure what the active ingredients are, but there is a good chance that they contain Acetaminophen 500 mg + Codeine 30 mg (generic for Tylenol No 3). Hope this helps! Can anyone else confirm this?

it's a round, yellow pill which is scored on one side. it says 50 under the score. that's it. no other marking. ## That's a very vague imprint, so it may be difficult to determine exactly what this contains. Where was it found? Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

please be extremely careful with this medication. I took two last night approx an hour apart and about 2 hours later I had to go to the hospital for severe depressed breathing among other things. ## Hi Matt, Thanks for sharing the warning on this pill. I know every drug can effect each person differently, but this really sounds like it's not for anyone. I located the round yellow pill in description to be Nucynta tapentadol (50 mg). Tapentadol is a centrally acting analgesic; it has both opiod and non-opiod activities. This drug does have a high potential for abuse (although, I'm not sure who would want to abuse it after reading your post). It's good to hear that you made it out ok though! Found this outside my house on the sidewalk small round yellow pill marked 25 20 or 25 oz ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a round pale orange tablet with "20/25" on one side and "5032" on the other side next to a small hour-glass logo. This particular pill has been identified as Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg + Lisinopril 20 mg. Found this pill hidden in my house it has E|C on front and 50 stamped on back. Does anyone know what this is ## I have found the same pill in my houSe I believe it may be winstrol but I'm still researching. ## I found a round light blue 20mg Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex) pill that fits this exact same imprint. It has E|C on the front and 50 on the back. From what I've read, apparently these particular tablets have been discontinued and replaced by a new version. I don't know if the new version they speak of is now yellow instead of blue... or if it's related to what you found in any other way, but hopefully this can at least help provide an extra clue for further investigation. found in bottle of 20 mg lisinopril. mfg on bottle is Lupin... these 2 pills don't match the others. ## Topiramate 50 mg. Topiramate is used in the treatment of migraine prevention; fibromyalgia; bipolar disorder; smoking cessation; obesity, and belongs to the drug class carbonic anhydrase inhibitor anticonvulsants. There is positive evidence of human fetal risk during pregnancy. ## If the marking is G A50, as is in the subject line of this post, then the tablets contain 50mgs of Atenolol, which is a beta blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
