Found this pill in my grandmas house. I think it's orange but some may call it yellow. It's got AP 25 on one side and a weird looking P on the other side. The pill is round, yellow and has L114 on one side. I was told it was like caffeine and used for energy or like a cup of coffee. ## This pill is Caffeine, 200 mg. was told they were 20 mg. percocet or oxycodone. That the 10mg. yellow Endocets was either discontinued or they are going to change the color to white but not available yet. This person was given 75- 20 mg. of this other pill, equivilent to the 10 mg. endos, he usually gets 150. but was given 75 of those 20 mgs. ## I'm sorry, but I'm somewhat confused by your post. is there a difference in wellbutrin and wellbutrin 150mg sr tab actavissou? i was taking the regular wellbutrin then my new prescriptson is the tab sr. a round pale yellow pill. other coment said it causes sezures? ## Brandy, the "SR" means sustained release, meaning that you take a single larger dosage less often because it is gradually released in your body. There is a minor risk of seizures as a possible side effect of this medication - the chances of it are low but do increase with a higher dose. I'd say since you are starting this new dosage that you either make sure you're around others, or at least have your doc on speed dial to report any side effects. The blister pack seems legit but the tablets have no identification stamped on them, plain off-white tablets.
