the pills my mother got today was a yellow pill.from my mother understanding sertraline hcl are pinkish or blue..Pill-yellow oblong-shaped tabets impribted with LU on the front and d03 on the back ## To be honest, the colors actually mean nothing, that is entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer. That said, she did get the correct pills. LU D03 does contain 100mgs of Sertraline, a generic for Zoloft, an antidepressant that is also used to treat other conditions, such as OCD. Its common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and headache.
