Small round yellow pill marked ep 131 ## Based on the description provided I located this pill to be Hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg). On a number of searches I did, people have stated that the pill is peach colored or orange colored, but I'm sure the color tone may vary slightly, as this is the only pill marked EP 131 that is round and similar in color. I'm trying to identify a pale yellow capsule-shaped pill with T 134. Was told it is oxycodone, assuming 7.5 since this what the person usually takes. I located a yellow capsule-shaped pill with T 194 on one side and blank on the other, that's reportedly identified as Oxycodone hydrochloride + Acetaminophen (10mg/325mg); made by a company called Camber Pharmaceuticals. For verification, the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 31722-0194. If your imprint is indeed T 134, I still believe it to be a product of Camber (if it was obtained legally through a licensed pharmacy), since they mark all of their generic Percocets in this manner. The only thing I could find that is a relatively close match has the imprint JSP over a score line over 544. Here is an image: Is this what you have?
