A very obscure imprint like that leads me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I found this pale yellow pill with I-MR on it, what is this? ## Unfortunately, no one has discovered, yet, exactly what this tablet contains. It is from India and is sold as a generic Vicodin, that is supposed to contain 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen. However, they don't have any companies listed as manufacturing it there and tests have not shown this to contain any opiates, whatsoever.
