Found this tidying around my grandmother's room. Do not recognize it at all. Need help to identify it. Please and thank you. Dark pink tablets (one side has 083 on it the other KALI ) HAS ON BOTTLE Mfg: Par 49884-0946-01 ## No it should not cause thinning of the blood. APAP stands for Acetaminophen which does not work the same way as Aspirin or Ibuprofen, and it does not cause blood thinning. I had bought these yellow pills marked with "bo 94 r" for itching, but I thought I was buying Piriton. Are these ok to take? ## This is reportedly Chlorphenamine 4mg found in the UK.
