The exterior is a smooth black. Its a rectangular cupsule type shape. There are no markings, it is solid. Not liquid or gel. 1/2 a inch long and 1/4 in width. The interior is a tanish compressed powder, with a little yellow and white. Smells like something sour, not in an old kinda way. ## @russains123, Being that there's no markings, it may be anyone's best guess as to what it is. However if I were you and had the resources I would probably look into getting the contents analyzed by a lab for 100% verification on the substance's identity. The pill is round, color is yellowish-orange. Imprint Q one side, 100 on the other. Trying to figure out what I've stumbled upon. Its yellow/white or beige/white in colour, the only markings I can find is a 40 stamped in brown on one side and nothing on the other. The edges are rounded and smooth, its got a coating on it. Looked it up and so far no luck figuring out what it is, please help! I am trying to find the identity of a yellow coated pill with Q impressed on one side and 100 impressed on the other side. Was told seroquil but can not find a match. ## HI, Dawn! I have recently received a white tablet for sertraline 100mg by mail order when I have been getting a yellow tablet for the same prescription from a local pharmacy.
