As far as I was told its used in some cases as a treatment for high blood pressure due to portal hypertension. I'm not 100% positive but I think if the person is not able to take other blood pressure meds that would result in extremely low and dangerous side effects and not help the actual issue. I'm no doctor but pretty well informed on this med. ## From what I could gather, a round yellow pill imprinted with m171 is reportedly identified as Nadolol (40 mg). This medication is indicated to treat high blood pressure among other conditions not limited to anxiety, migraine prevention and chest pain. I realize that everyone is going to have a different experience taking beta blockers like Nadolol for managing hypertension/etc., but taking time as a patient to inform yourself on how...

Hi, can you verify that this is a flexeril? I have a pill that has an m imprint on one side and 283 on the other side. ## Hello, Alex! How are you? The only Flexeril tablet I can find with 283 on it is round, a yellowish/peachish color and also has the letters IG. I haven't found any with an M and 283, in any NIH identification listing. Can you please double check the imprint? What color is the pill in question? The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.

I found a football shaped with a 189 on one side and plain on the other. It is a medium sized tablet light yellow in color. ## There's a good chance that's generic Bupropion XL 150mg by Global Pharmaceuticals ## I can't find any listing for this, there is a good chance it is just something OTC. ## Yes, the imprint as listed in the original post is actually upside down, it is 681 and the tablet does contain 150mgs of Bupropion ER, a generic for Wellbutrin XL, used as an antidepressant and stop smoking aid. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and weight gain. You can read more on it here: Is there anything else I can help you with?

What kind of pill is this ## Hello, Angela! How are you? Is that the complete imprint? Where was it found? A very obscure imprint like that leads me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

My wife's Vicodin are different this time. Yellow, oblong, but it definately says 35 01, not 36 01, and there is a V on the other side. Are these still 10/325's? ## As strange as it sounds, there is no Vicodin marked V 35 01, only V 36 01; which are the 325 mg / 10 mg. Unless "V 35 01" is a completely new pill that just came out, I'm a bit stumped on this one. Regardless of the possible misprint, the "V" suggests that these were manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals (now known as Qualitest). I would suggest contacting them directly via the link below, to inquire about this: qualitestrx.com/contact.html I hope this info helps! Can you please post back if/when you hear back from them? ## I never had this yellow Norco 10/325mg (V 35 01) pill before, I always h...
