I found a small light yellow round pill with K 102, scored one side and blank on the back. Could it be generic Ritalin? ## A small round light yellow pill with K over 102 (& a score line in between) on one side and blank on the back to be identified as Methylphenidate hydrochloride 20 mg; a generic for Ritalin. Pill capsule blue and yellow marked sandoz 78-23 help ??? ## Hi Jake, The closest match I'm finding to your description is a blue and yellow capsule marked with "S F-C" on the blue half and the word "Sandoz" over "78-107" on the yellow half in red letters. It's reported to be Fiorinal w/ Codeine, containing 325mg of Aspirin + 50mg of Butalbital + 40mg of Caffeine + 30mg of Codeine; marketed for treating headaches. Since this bears a similar imprint to your pill, I'd be curious to know if yours could be the same type of medication. One thought though would be to contact Sandoz directly to see if this is the case or not. I have taken Ritalin for years for Narcolepsy. I just got a bottle of yellow pills with K 102 on them. Does anyone else take this brand? They are making me weak, extremely tired and I feel awful. I have never had or seen this brand before. Normally I take Teva.
