Hello fellow pain med users! I'd like to clear up any confusion. The yellow orange-ish pill with the imprinted V on one side and 4829 on the other is in fact oxycodone hydrochloride / acetaminophen 10/325. This means 10 mgs of oxycodone hydrochloride and 325 mg of acetaminophen. These are generic forms of percocet, roxicet. So yes, this is a perk 10, as people call it. The V everyone sees is actually an "N" standing for the brand name of certain medications "narcco" narcco is a company that manufactures pain medication and sells them at a generic price, thus reducing the cost of these prescription medication. Generic pills, such as this pill, have to have at least 99.9 percent of the makeup of the ungeneric brand ie. Roxicet. So you are getting the exact same thing, ...

Im wandering if the pill v 4829 comes in more than one color. Ive gotten then in past they were yellow orangish. I jus got sum that are a lighter yellow than usual?? ## Hello, Rich! How are you? I have been taking this for a few months , just got increased from 7.5 / 325 the first two months was great they were white oblong with the imprint 10 / 325 on it ! I got filled last week and its yellow oblong with 4829 on it with a squiggly line on the other side and it does nothing at all , very frustrated , they say they have the same ingredients, I argued with the pharmacy , unless you take it , you don't understand how important it is to get the quality ones. If I ask the doctor to write brand name only what should it look like , or should I just ask to see them before I fill ? The pharmacist told me i could , but it doesn't look good ! I am reading everywhere that the color should be orangish, and have seen pics online of them being orangish. The ones I have are more off white, but no where near orange. I also read one comment on here saying these are fakes. The V and the 4829 are facing same side up, and the pill looks exactly the same as found online. Hi, first time I was prescribed a round pill identified as v4839 Percocet 5mg. Now I have v4829 .. Saying its 325.10mg. I need to know if I can break it in half. 10 mg is to strong. Also my pills are white and the picture coming up on the website is yellow.. I always double check my scripts to make sure it's correct . Do you know why the internet shows yellow and why mine is white? ## These tablets are a light yellow. That probably explains why it appears to be white to you. Sometimes going outside and looking at it in the sunllight can help you see the light yellow. 4829 v is 10 mg oxycodone and 325 mg Acetaminophen. This is generic for Percocet 10/325. It is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals. You can cut it in half because it is immediate release.
