Each pill is 25mg active ingredient (diphenhydramine HCL.) ## Actually it isn't even close to being a sleeping pill. If you take enough you'll sleep, but that's not recommended at all. This is an old bubble pack of "Maximum Strength Tylenol Allergy Sinus". I would like to know the strengths of the contents of this so I may find some fresh medicine of the same type.
