I have a pill that I have no idea what it is. Fat oblong pill, white on one side/yellow on the other. Adams/600 is the inscruption on the pill. A friend asked me if the pill he had was a big white pill that had SZ494 wrote on it If it was a Vicodin 1000 mg pill ? Or How to find out what kind it really was? ## I was unable to locate SZ494. i am confused by two different pills the pharmacy claims to be Klonapin -even though one of the pills is yellow and the other blue! How can both of these be the same dosage and pill? They told me it was due to a shortage from the company they placed their order with and didnt have enough to fill the blue ones i have always taken, i am nervous not knowing what these yellow pills actually are. supposed to be sunset yellow..are big oblong with rounded edges, light peach in color. no markings except a place to break them. came in silver punch individual packaging all placed in a baggy. says manufactured by specturm, a division of biochem from india. it is a yellow pill ## I have two prescriptions for Clarith romycin but the pills are no the same. The older one has oblong yellow pale pills with DV on one side and D on the other. The brand new prescription has larger more tapered oval pills, the same pale yellow, stample 7158 on one side, and 93 on the other. Are both 500mg Clarithromycin tablets as stated on bottles?? ## Yes, these both contain 500mgs of Clarithromycin, just made by different manufacturers.
