Each pill is 25mg active ingredient (diphenhydramine HCL.) ## Actually it isn't even close to being a sleeping pill. If you take enough you'll sleep, but that's not recommended at all. It is oblong or oval shaped and is yellow or cream in color. what are they? ## Pill imprint R11 5 0 has been identified as Revia 50 mg.
