Found 4 small light yellow oblong pills under my 15 year son's bed. Does any body know what these pills are? ## No, I'm sorry, but I've tried searching for this in our various U.S. prescription drug resources, even altering the imprint and I can't find any listings for anything close to this. This leads me to suspect that it is an over the counter item, although there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Have you asked your son about them? Does anyone recognize this tablet? ## Naproxen 500 mg which I was prescribed. You need to find out why your son is taking these because this potency is through a prescription only I am told.

Small yellow oblong tablet with 45 on one side and UL on the other - I was told it was Meloxicam but mine are round. Can anyone help verify this? ## Hi Malcolm, Is there any chance that the numbers say 15 instead of 45? I located an oblong yellow tablet with 15 on one side and UL on the other that's reportedly identified as Meloxicam 15mg made by a company called Unichem Pharmaceuticals. If you filled your prescription at a licensed pharmacy then there's nothing to really worry about, as they probably just reformulated their product. However, if you got it through other means then it sounds like it may be a counterfeit version of Meloxicam. You can view a photo of the pill by clicking on the following National Drug Code: 29300-125 Hope this helps!

What is an oblong yellow pill with 200 on one side? Trying to find out if this could be Meloxicam 15mg? ## An oblong yellow pill with 200 on one side is reportedly identified as Rezulin (troglitazone) 200mg, marketed for use in treating type-2 diabetes. Product Labeler: Parke-Davis National Drug Code: 00071-0352 Some FDA data shows that this medication was withdrawn from the market in March of 2000, yet additional pill information seems to be quite sparse. There may also be other (more recently manufactured) pills in existence that share a similar depiction, but this was all I could find.
