I live in Modesto California I would like to know what pharmacies will dispense the yellow norcos 10 325 can someone help me please the white ones are not working as well as the yellow ones and I know it's just a big ol lie where they say they're not making the yellow ones no more I know they are can someone help please ## No, it is not a lie, the manufacturer stopped making them due to the problems that some people were having with the dye, such as allergic reactions, being sensitive to it, and etc. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. What are the markings on the white ones you are taking? ## Thanks for your help but I finally found a place that h...

I get a script every month for Norco 10/325, and the pharmacy had the Watson yellows. Then around May or so the pharmacy had a different labs' Norco. They said that all the Watson yellows had to be taken off the market. The next month they had Watson again, only they were white. I don't care what color, but today i happen to ask the question into the cyber space and see all these answers, and they are the same as the pharmacy told me give o rtake a rumor. BUT, my friend just said he is getting the yellows at one pharmacy here in San Bernardino, they have had them all along and they just got some last week. I dont know what to think of this. It technically was his friend who got the pills and , well gave him one for a headache. I am suspicious btu don't know who to suspect! h...

What is the difference in the yellow Norco 10-325mg and the white Norco 10-325mg? ## Hello, Fred! How are you? They are just manufactured by different companies, which is common with generic medications. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I've used the yellow ones with a check mark on them for years and they work good. Years ago I use yellow Watson's and they worked really good and fast. I had the white Watson's this year and they work fast but don't seem to last as long. Just my opinion, stick with the yellow ones. ## I only have 2 pharmacies I can go to with my insurance. The Watson brand works ...

the new white norcos 10-325T do not work.what did they change in them and why.the yellow ones wrked fine and now they aren't making them anymore.are they testing to see if our pain is real? ## From what I could gather, you're certainly not alone in this matter. There's actually a fairly large discussion thread here (linked below) talking about this very problem with the "weaker" white version replacing the "stronger" yellow tablets. Perhaps some of the responses there can at least offer a bit more insight as to why this is happening and how others might be coping with it: Discuss/White-Watson-10mg-325-853-245408.htm I hope this helps! ## I agree. The new white Norcs do not work nearly as good as the yellows. They make me dizzy, itchy, and do not help with the...

What Drug Store sell these in Northridge, Ca and what is the difference, if any ## I'm sorry, but there is no central listing to let anyone know what drug store carries a medication from any given manufacturer. Learn more Norco details here. Even attempting to create such a database would be a virtually impossible task, since such information is dynamic. Most pharmacies will stock whichever one their supplier was offering at the cheapest price. As to the difference, what are you wanting to compare them to? ## I live in Diamond Bar, and the only pharmacy I can get the yellow Norcos at is Walgreens. Those work the absolute best for me!!! Can't find them anywhere but there!! ## Google the number & letters on the pill. That will tell you what brand. The yellow ones your looking ...

I had seven yellow norcos in a bag and left them in the pocket of my pants... put the pants in washer for a few min. They are still yellow an only desolved a lil. Will they still work??? ## From your description, I would probably encourage you to toss them for one good reason; and that's because you probably don't want to ingest any residue from whatever laundry detergent you used at the time. If it were not for that, IMHO, they might've still been fine to take, but may be noticeably less potent from having been partially dissolved. I hope this helps!

Ok, I don't care what people say, pharmacy or manufacturer, the yellow norcos are stronger and work different. It is getting extremely more and more difficult to find the yellow norcos. From what I can tell, the major pharmacy's, ie: WalMart, cvs, Walgreens, target, etc, all have either the plain white ones, it the white ones with reddish/pinkish dots on them, and the smaller mom and pop(good neighborhood pharmacy's) have the yellow. Last month I filled mine at target, got the white oblong norcos (10/325). Today, I filled mine at a small good neighborhood pharmacy in Ontario, California, name available upon request, and I got the yellow Watson Norco. Again, huge difference. I don't think they quit making them, I just think that when buying in bulk as a large pharmacy doe...

When it comes to yellow Norco (imprint: V 3601), you can NOT tell if it's counterfeit unless you compare it to a real pill. They look REAL in every sense except that the edges of the pill are crumbly, they lack that shine in the coating, they break easily and the "V" is slightly different on the bottom. Beware. ## How to tell a fake yellow NORCO! READ!! There are a lot of fake yellow Norcos out there. One fool proof way to know if they are fake is the following. The real yellow Norcos with imprint 36 01 on one side and a V on the other, will have a small skinny ring around the V. It's barely visible to the eye, but if you look close enough u will see it. If u touch the pill and your hands are sweaty u can rub it off. The skinny ring around the V starts on the top left co...

my doctor gave me a prescription for norcos 10's. when I went to the pharmacy they gave me a yellow oblong pill with 170 on one side and nothing on the other. They told me it was norco 10. did they make a mistake ## If it has 170 on it, is oblong & yellow it is Hydrocodone 7.5 mg/Acetaminophen 325 mg. It does not have Hydrocodone 10 mg in it. Instead it has Hydrocodone 7.5 mg. ## The identification provided is correct. NDC: 57664-0170 The FDA wants that Norco carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Is there anything I can help with?

What the heck, guys?!?!? I've been prescribed the yellow, oblong Norcos 10/325 for years and years now (several different illnesses\conditions). All of a sudden I went to CVS and the pills they gave me were more or less, useless! They were white and smaller. They don't do anything to help my pain. This sucks! I called CVS and they said that the FDA passed a law stating no more "Norco" could be sold due to the rampant over-abuse. Great. Thanks a lot for those of us who really, genuinely needed that ONE MED that really actually worked and helped. Because of pill-poppers and sellers, I can no longer get the one and only medication that helped me. This sucks. It's wrong. Really wrong. I don't take them to get any high. I take them to make it thru my day. Anyone else ...

twice now I have noticed this with my vintage yellow 10/325 norcos.... some of the time the V on the other side is facing upwards, and on some of the other pills it is facing downwards. Why is this? if they have pill presses made one way then why are some pills with the V up and some with the V down. both times I noticed this because it seemed to me the pills were not working at all and they taste sweet. this happened to my script 8 months ago and now they are not working again and I checked and again the V is upside down. if you face the 3601 rightside up, and turn the pill over, some of them have the V up and some of them have the V down, how can they get turned around in a pill press by the manufacturer and end up upside down? I just find it very odd when they do not seem to work, I ...

I have been on pain management for 10 years due to severe car wreck. I have taken all of the generic brands in the past and to me the yellow watsons r the best followed by qualitest with the mallins not worth taking. So last month i go to docs get scripts and go to walgreens to get my norcs, i get my pills and notice that they were white, So i take a couple and nothing, i take two more, nothing! So im stuck with them all month and everytime i took them nothing, Watson is now Activis or whatever, All i know is that they r not watson norcos, they might have the name and numbers but they r not the real deal. So this month i went to a different pharmacy that sells the qualitest yellow norcs with the v on them. They r waay better than the white watson/activis norcs. So from now on, i will get...

I had a few left that I got from a cvs and they were a lighter yellow enough to see the difference with the eye .but when I split. Them both in half the inside are the same yellow with the crystals .. Have anyone else seen a brighter yellow v/3601 norco I don't knw if this pharmacy giving fake pills?? But effect seem the same ## Hello, Mike! How are you? Actually, the PDR pictures do show this tablet in a couple different shades of yellow. What's the difference between yellow norcos compared to the white ones imprinted with lp-110 whats the difference ## Hello, Twin! How are you? Both of these tablets contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, they have just been manufactured by different companies. When a medication is available as a generic, it is very common for it to be made by several manufacturers, this creates market competition to help keep prices lower. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is the yellow dye in the Qualitest hydrocodone tablets tartrazine, aka FD & C yellow # 5? Many people, myself included, are highly sensitive to this dye.
