Yellow M36

Why is it that some doctors still question you about pain pills when you have a metal plate in your knee and broke your leg several times and hurts so much but won't give me surgery! I have been taking these pills for almost 4 years since my accident and I just want to feel better, without people knowing I have became so dependent on them! I don't want to hurt the ones I love. I am very well educated, great job, I want to feel better again, my attitude changes due to taking to many due to pain or not having any! Please suggestions I don't want to be addicted anymore and my doctors are just pill pushers. I want my life back if I could help anyone never take these I would they are bad news for everyone may not seem bad now but I am watching my fun, forgiving loving personality...

What is the difference in the white oblong pill with m367 and the yellow with a V and 3601? ## The only difference between these two tablets is that they are manufactured by different companies. The one with the M marking is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and the one with the V is manufactured by Vintage/Qualitest. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. what is the difference between m 366 oval and white and the 10/36 tellow oval ## I know the yellow oval is commonly refereed to as a norco and that the white oval is a vicodin. Why the difference and is one more powerful when were talking about pain relief. I have both M360 and Watson 853 pills. I'm not exactly sure if the are the same of if one is stronger. ## The tablet marked M360 contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen and the tablet marked Watson 853 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. These are both different strengths of the active ingredients in Vicodin, or Lortab, which are narcotic pain relievers. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. I was normally given the yellow v 3601-10/325pill & at CVS yesterday they gave me a white oblong pill with # M367 on the front also 10/325 in strength . The white oblong does not work for me as well as the yellow v pill. Why not ? I've been thru this with CVS before & even changed CVS locations just to get the yellow v pill. I have been taking hydrocodone-APAP 10 / 325 as a generic for NORCO 10 325 for chronic pain, but recently my pharmacy changed the generic medication from a white tablet simply marked 'M367' on one side to a yellow tablet marked with a semi cursive 'V' on one side, and the number '36/01' on the other. The yellow tablets do not seem to work as well; as if maybe they are "slow", or "time released". Is this true? Drug store refiiled my prescription with a white oblong pill M367. I have been taking a yellow oblong pill 35 01 with a v on one side. Both I know are Hydrocondon-Acetaminopn 10-325. I recognize the M and V as the trademark manufacturer. I have found the yellow pill to be more effective than the white. Is this possible? ## Hi Karen, Different manufacturers use different inactive ingredients, binders, fillers etc...when making their "unique" formulations so it's possible that something that was used in the white pill could be causing your body to metabolize it differently than the yellow one. White oblong slice on one side ## Pill Image This is Acetaminophen 325mgs and Hydrocodone 10mgs, a generic for Norco. ## are there pain pills that do no contain acetaminophen? ## I used to get yellow Norco 10mg. For years I have gotten the yellow Norco 10's for chronic back pain. They helped so much and made my day to day activitys such as work so much easier, but for the past few months I have gotten the white ones with the M367 they helped very little not like the yellow Norcos. The past 2 months I have gotten the white watson 853 and these are just awful! They dont help with pain at all and have made me feel sad at times (weird I know) Honestly they should be a sleeping pill because they make me sooooo sleepy!!! It's no good. I have to take three at a time for 1 hour of pain relief. Anybody else have this problem with M367 - 10/325? Has anyone else noticed that meds from certain manufacturers do not work as well for them? ## Recently went to refill my norco script and they gave me M367 10/325 instead of the yellow 10/325. Why do they affect me differently? I can function OK and complete my work outs with M367, but the yellow Watson 853 renders me useless - they just put me to sleep. Aren't they the same ingredients? By the way, the white watson 853, though they take longer to take effect, they work ok. ## Yes, the active ingredients are the same, but there can be slight fluctuations in the amounts from one generic to another, so that may be what's affecting you. My orginal script was a white oblong pill with imprint m367, however just got refill and the pill is yellow with imprint 170 on it, I can not find this any where. The script is for hydrocodene 10-325, Took them back in the pharmacy and they said it was the same pill just another manfacturer.Thought they should at least change the lable incase I got pulled over. I got these from the va this month instead of the ones I hated..( the ones marked M367)...they look the same as the yellow hydro by qualitest...except they're white & the numbers are different... I have been taking hydrocodone 10-325 (made by Watson) for about a year. I picked up my prescription yesterday and instead of the normal yellow pill, I received a white oblong pill imprinted with m367 on it. I took 2 for breakthrough pain and had no relief what-so-ever. I called the pharmacy and was told that they will no longer be able to get the med from Watson. Does anyone know what has happened?
