I have this Yellow Oval Pill with the number 500 on one side and on the other side it is printed P 649. Im not what this pill is and any help would be awesome. ## The pill you are referring to is Nabumetone 500, generic for Relafen. It is generally used to treat Arthritis. its yellow round and IMPRINTED 37.5 its indented in halfand the 37.5 is loctaed on the top half of the indent that goes across. please help a.s.a.p ## I don't know 100 % for sure but think it might be a 37.5 mg Phentermine from outside the United States.
