This is Naproxen Sodium 250mgs, a prescription strength of the same stuff you will find in Aleve or its generic equivelents, but a little stronger of a dosage. This pilll is oval shaped with nothing on it ## If there are no markings on it, then it is going to be difficult to determine what it contains. It is more than likely an over the counter product and there are many possibilities. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign drug. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?
