I am used to taking the Yellow, generic 10/325 hydrocodone for a long time for chronic back pain from a car accident. They worked fine. Then I moved to LaSalle County in Illinois and they gave me white ones, three times. I know Watson was bought out by Activas. The worst white ones were from Walgreens! Does anyone know the manufacturer of the generic yellow hydrocodone / acetaminophen 10/325? high blod pressure ## This is NOT hydrocodone. Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever. Your pill is a blood pressure pill called hydrochlorthiazide 25mg., or brand name Hydrodiurel. It is used to lower one's blood pressure. Look for blood in the urine or stool, yellow eyes or skin, diarrhea. ## Actually, I think they were just hoping. I need to find an over the counter pill that looks similar to the yellow Watson 10/325. I'm not concerned about the engraving on it, I just need a yellow pill that is very similar to the yellow hydrocodone pill. Any suggestions. I got these from the va this month instead of the ones I hated..( the ones marked M367)...they look the same as the yellow hydro by qualitest...except they're white & the numbers are different... "Here" is the link to a picture of mine (left hand side) and the same one I found online next to it. The one I have is on the left. The one on the right is a picture I got off of the web. Every single picture I could find online looked the same shade of yellow and had the same font as the one in the left. Besides the different appearance, I can tell a difference after taking the yellow V (on one side) 3601 (on other) versus taking the white "Watson 853" (all on one side) which I have both of at the moment. Why is the Norco a bright bright yellow and much thicker in size! It's a V 3601? The others I have received are smaller and light yellow? Is it safe? Can I take it to be tested? ## The yellow pill which you are describing is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (325 mg - 10 mg). That said, is in fact safe for you to take if you were in fact prescribed this pill by your doctor. A couple possible reasons I think of as to why it may be larger are due to increase in dosage, a change in manufacturer, or if the manufacturer changed the way they wanted the pill to look.
