I have a small yellow tablet with raised heart on one side. It is approx. 1/4 in diameter. Any help would be appreciated. ## Supposed to be a muscle relax. I have a puppy weighing 2.5 pounds and was given a triwormer that they say is Drontal. It looks like a heart shape that was scored in half but has an "R" imprinted, pale yellow in color. ## Hello Cindy, I did just a bit of research on the pill you described and I found a Drontal pill that is a freeform bone shapped pill with a score in the middle. Found this capsule in my house. Have "grilled" the youth in the home with no answers. Can anyone help identify it? I took pictures of it. Thick round, light yellow pill. Only marks are: P73 ## From what I've sen from other replies about this same pill is that this is a low dose (81 mg) aspirin. ## Small white pill with P73 printed on one side. ## I have read that this is a low dose asprin but there is an odor to the bottle I found and it has no label on it. it smells like vinegar. ## CVS Pharmacy does list this tablet as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, which is the dosage many people use for heart health, and blood thinning. it is round and scored in the middle ## I located the pill in description to be Digoxin (0.125 mg). What did the doctor or coroner say was the cause of death? These pills are listed by Teva as containing 5mgs of Diazepam, which is a benzodiazepine, so it is possible for someone to overdose on them, but there's no way to say from just the limited information in your post. The U.S. FDA warns that they can be habit forming and an overdose may result in depression of the central nervous system, which could include heart and/or lung failure.
