These are 0.5mg tablets and for Xanax, that's a relatively high dose. You shouldn't take any medication that has not been prescribed for you and benzodiazepines can be very dangerous, if you aren't tolerant to them. Additionally, if you take them for awhile at a higher dose, by doubling up, then suddenly run out and stop, it creates the risk of seizures. I was wondering what kind of pill I found. It is a bright yellow, round pill, about the size of a dime, with a coating on it and an imprint of 903. ## I located a small round yellow pill with 904 on one side and blank on the back. Judging from the image I see, there appears to be a coating on it. I don't know if there's any chance you may have misread the imprint, but hopefully this helps narrow down the possibilities... I was prescribe alprazolam 1mg, by my doctor. I always been taking 0.5 mg peach pill made by Sandoz, always feel good on them. I moved and doctor was over hour away, he advise me to split the pill in half to make it 0.5 mg, this way I will have supply for longer period of time. Also I change pharmacy, when I fill my prescription, I recived blue pills made by Dava, I was splitting them up to 2016, I feel good on them to some time, and after few months they start to have wierd effect on me, I was more deppresed, start having some difficulty breathing, anxiety, panick attacks, I stop sleeping at night, they did help little but not much any more, and now I run from them, and have to find new doctor in town. I found one of these round bright yellow coated pills. It's a bit smaller than a dime. Imprint 903, no mistaking it for any other numbers. No imprint on the other side. Kind of thick. Try flipping it around, S 901look that up abd you will find generic xanax. ## Winbag is right - You are reading it upside down. It is S 901 not 106 S. It's a .5 mg generic Xanax. Upon more searching I found that if I turned it upside down that it was s 901. It was a generic Xanax .05. I'm so glad I kept searching. I would have thrown it away. Now, feeling more relaxed. I think u r mistaking the 5 when really it is a 9 instead. If that's the case then it is xanax .5 mg ## @Silas, I'm not sure who you're message is being directed at when you mention that "I think you're mistaking the 9 for a 5", but the imprint S 901 is actually referring to Alprazolam 0.5mg (the generic for Xanax - not brand name Xanax).
