how can you check to see if the pills are real or fake(besides looking at them) ## ## If they are the name brand, from the U.S., then twe's post should be helpful. There are, however, also many generics on the market and many available from foreign countries, as well. The legal, U.S. generics are required by law to have some type of imprint on the tablet, to enable their identification. If the tablets you are questioning are from the U.S. and have an imprint, then if you post back with it, I can easily look it up for you to see if it contains Alprazolam. Just as an example, a round blue pill, with the marking of MYLAN A1 on one side contains 1mg of Alprazolam. A blue oval tablet, with the marking of G 3721 on one side also contains 1mg. does anyone know if a white pill that is oval but has the letter number G 3719 a generic form of Xanax.... ? The pill imprint IG 213 is in fact 50mgs of Sertraline. I actually had my script filled with those and thought they were "purple footballs" (Xanax), but I looked a little closer and noticed that the numbers weren't normal. So I looked them up online as well and found out to my dismay that Sertraline 50mg is a generic of Zoloft used for depression. How do you avoid the passing out side effect and waking up forgetting everything?? Everytime I take a Xanax whether it the bars or this blue oval pill it knocks me out. Should I cut it in halfs?? ## You really should have been started on the lowest dose possible, certainly not the 2 mg bars? I just filled my script that was Supossed to be Xanax 1 mg extended release.. Xr or ER.. Anyway I my meds are usually a bigger white pill.. So I got home and i found I had these blue pills with an R and 031 on the back.. Are these extended release? Or did they mess up? And if I did get the wrong script.. One other side affect is sticky fingers. I have a friend who takes them. Known her all my life. She started stealing when the doctor prescribed these to her.
