Can you please expand upon your question so that others may better assist you? My research yields nothing for that abbreviation in relation to medical terminology, with the exception of "Low Libido / Left Lung / Linear Laceration" - I.E. Things that don't necessarily add up with what you're describing. Post #1 is right though about the pill identification. 832 BM1 is definitely NOT a Xanax as noted in the thread title.
