I found this white round pill with WPI 839 on it can you tell me what it is. ## WPI 839 is 150 mg Bupropion sustained release ## Marco is correct, this medication is commonly used as an antidepressant, and as a smoking cessation aid. I tried it once, years ago, and it made me feel like I had drunk multiple pots of coffee, I was almost bouncing off the walls, so I was told to stop taking it, and never take it, again. Is a wpi 3638, anything like a soma? ## No it is not. It is Hydromorphone. a most powerful pain pill ## Thank you, Eddy! What he has stated is correct. To add some specifics, this tablet is manufactured by Watson Laboratories and they list it as containing 16mgs of Hydromorphone, which is a pretty high dosage. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
