Will the subutex show up different than suboxone on my urine dip stick drug test? ## Subutex shows up as Suboxone its the same thing. Taking only 4 mg of suboxone a day, I also started taking 100 mg of tramadol twice a day. When I go in to get my script for my sub will the tram show up on the drug test? I'm in drug court and I can't find a clear answer on if suboxone shows up or not. Does anyone know if suboxone shows in a V- twin analyzer urine test. Buprenorphine is on the paper as a test they can check off but I've never seen it. I'm miserable without being able to take my subs. I have been on Suboxone for a little over a year now. I am now off the roxy. Anyway, my question is: My doctor does a panel test to test for the usual. Then she will do a separate test for Suboxone. I smoke pot. This has come up positive on my tests before and she says she normally wouldn’t care, but to her this means, “I am hanging around the wrong crowd and might relapse.†I have used clean urine from another person before and dissolved a small piece of the film in it.
