Whats the directions to the medicine? Weight per pill ## @Boo, There's no way (at least that I know of) to look up veterinary drugs via their lot # on the package. It would seem to me that the lot numbers are only used for organization at the manufacturer's discretion during the drug making/packaging/inventory process but probably serve no other purpose. Do you have any other specific details to share about the pill's physical description, such as its shape, color, size, imprints, etc? I just think we'll need a little more information to accurately identify what type of worm pill this is and hopefully that'll help us research proper dosing protocols from there. 18 years ago the doctor said i had a ringworm in my head it was under the skin thus not visible from outside. It resulted in the loss of my hair on and around affected area. The problem has re-occured and i need help. I had been to my local clinic several times with no solution. I have used different types of creams with no solution. My main problem is that i can not afford to consult a doctor. ## Looking into the internet, I think I do have ring worms, Red circles on both my legs, no pain or itching but red spots every where. Are you on any other medications? Worms are most commonly caught via pets, undercooked foods, or walking outside barefoot and stepping in pet waste.

The pills were for my cat via the vet. The pills have break lines to break in half or 1/4 (this is the cross). In the upper left of the cross is a D. In the lower right of the cross is a 8. There are all kinds of websites that dont recognize a D and 8. ## The reason they can't identify it for you is because this is a veterinary medication. Prescription medication databases only log medications for human use, the FDA does not require imprints to be logged for medications that are manufactured solely for animal use. The pill in question is called Drontal, it contains the active ingredients praziquantel and pyrantel, it used to treat or prevent several types of worms in cats. I have worms in my stomach and it really hurts. I tried vermox compresse tablets 500 mg but it wasn't effective. My doctor recommended me mintezol tablets, but I can't find them anywhere.
