I have some blue 1 mg alprazolam, generic for Xanax, pills that have the R031 on them. I began taking Xanax in 1982. I have been abusing it more and more over the years. I can now take 14 mg and not even tell it. I can stop taking it with no withdrawals. It's like I am immune to it. why is my clonazapam not effective unless it has not been in my system for some time. I dont take to much just the 2mg and yet I do not receive the sedative effect I am looking for ## I was on 1MG 3X a day for almost 4 years and found it was doing NOTHING for me. The only option I had was to take MORE to get the help I felt I was receiving in the first place. I moved UP to 2 MG at night to help me sleep and felt that I was STILL not receiving the benefit from the medication... I'm on 8 mg.'s of xanax a day unfortanetly & the green bars that break into thirds is xanax (1 mg in the middle, two .5's on each side i've been told). I've gotten them many times & they're not the strongest form, that would be the round 2 mg's (white). ## What may be the strongest and most effective for you, may not necessarily be such for everyone that uses this medication. Why are you taking so much? Is your doctor aware of this? That is double the normal maximum daily dosage.

I found a white long oval shaped pill, with 2 pieces on one side that say on one piece M, and on the other B4, and on the back of it, it has 3 pieces with 10 on each piece... Just because the imprint might be associated with a real pill (which it is in this case), the possibility of someone utilizing a pill press shouldn't necessarily be ruled out if you didn't get a legitimate prescription filled.
