Hi, I stay in the US. I have used the tablet wikoryl and it workd best for me. I want to know the exact US equivalent of the tablet. I am giving the composition. 1) Paracetemol 500mg 2)Phenylpherine 5 3) Caffeine : 16mg 4) Chlorophenireamine Maleate: 2 mg ## There are several different formulations available in the US that carry these ingredients, over the counter. Both name brand and generics or store brands. The main issue, however, will be finding all 4 of them. The FDA doesn't tend to like the combining of Phenylephrine with Caffeine, since they can both have similar effects on the human body. Such as raising blood pressure and accelerating the heart rate. Thank you, Nikunj ## Hi Nikunj, I did some research and unfortunately I'm not finding any cough/allergy medications like Wikoryl in the U.S. that contain Cetirizine, Phenlyephrine, and paracetamol. There are allergy medications such as Zyrtec that contain Cetirizine and other cough medications that contains Phenylephrine and Paracetamol- However I've read that it isn't safe to mix an anti-allergen like Cetirizine with cough/cold medications. The only thing I can think to recommend is Robitussin Allergy and cough syrup which contains: Brompheniramine maleate (2 mg), Dextrmethorphan (10 mg), and Psuedoephedrine (30 mg). This syrup is ...
