I want to conceive and my Dr suggested that I take Max Fol tablet. I want to know the benefits and purpose of this medicine. ## I want to concieve, so my dr suggested that I consider maxfol tablets. Please tell me any tips for pregnancy and whether this might be useful. I also take Sunvit injection and Avion capsules. ## I got married one year ago, but i have an issue with irregular periods and PCOS. My Gynae suggested me to use Gynotrial tube and Diane 35. I am a 70 yrs old male and recently had a U.A. I consulted my Dr. re the results and he said I have stones in my gall bladder. He prescribed for me Sambong leaf 500 mg tablet 2x a day. After taking them for 5 days (10 tablets) I feel very weak maybe because of urinating continously. I go to the CR every 1 hr. sometimes less than an hour. I drink plenty of water or else I will be dehydrated. Is it possible that all my nutrients and minerals goes w/ my pee.I continue taking the drug after a day stop. Is it OK if I reduce the dosage to once a day. BTW I had a fever on the 5th day and had to take Flu Max every 4 hr. I suspect I had flu thats why I stopped taking Sambong tablet. I am taking two 300 tynol/b every 4 hours. It this too much ## Manufacturer guidelines note the following... The usual adult dosage is: Acetaminophen (300mg-1000mg) 4x daily for a maximum dose of 4000mg within a 24 hour period. Codeine Phosphate (15mg-60mg) 4x daily for a maximum of 360mg within a 24 hour period. Doses may be repeated up to every 4 hours. The prescriber must determine the number of tablets per dose, and the maximum number of tablets per 24 hours based upon the above dosage guidance. This information should be conveyed in the prescription. NOTE: Keep in mind that high doses of either of these are considered to be toxic. compare use and effectiveness of maxiphen & musinex ## It really depends on the brand of Mucinex you get, because some packages contain Guaifenesin + Phenylephrine; while the standard brand of Maxiphen already contains both of these. I think the standard Mucinex only contains Guaifenesin from what I can tell (there are many different variations of Mucinex/D/DM/DM For Kids/etc). Some also contain a different combination of Guaifenesin + Dextromethorphan (kids version). That said, there are no differences between these two medications, since they both "can" contain the same active ingredient(s) depending on which one you choose. Since cdc mandated 90mg morphine or equivalent as daily max amount to be prescribed my pain management clinic has been reducing my pain meds..... i was receiving 75mcg patch & 6 hydrocodone for breakthru pain. First drop was to 50mcg & 6 remained same thats a major drop of like 80mg morphine equivalent if i remember right.... but wasnt drastic effects other than pain increase (over 15 years of pain medications experience) but following month dropped to 25 &12mcg patch & 7 hydrocodone but had major dizzy spell after being on my feet for awhile was like a major vertigo attack that lasted 30-45 minutes when mentioned to dr they started running tests after test, i told them it was from med cut but they wouldnt believe me. Has this happened to anyone else. I live in Florida, I take Vicodin 10/325. My Rhumatologist prescribes it as follows: take 1 tablet by mouth every 4 to 6 hours or 2 every six hours as needed. Max use for 30 days supply. It was filled on Aug. 30, 2013. I took my new prescription to the pharmacy on Sept. 25 knowing most likely I would have to wait a couple more days to fill. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, mood swings and weight changes.
