blue round pill scored on one side and marked with Roche 10 ## I just found a round blue pill scored on one side and on the other ROCHE 10 in my sisters drawer. What is this? ## The U.S. version of this tablet should have the marking ROCHE ROCHE VALIUM 10 on it, and it should be a very pale blue. It is a 10mg Valium tablet that is most commonly used to treat anxiety, and nervous disorders. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability. I have read some posts that state the one with only Roche 10 on it available from foreign countries, but I am unable to confirm that. Is anyone else familiar with these tablets?

Mano 10 = Diazepam 10mg, made Thailand, a decent generic. My UK gp prescribes for me but I sometimes refill my prescription using this manufacturer out of Bangkok. ## Thank you for the informative post, it is sometimes hard to find information on foreign medications. Diazepam is classified by the FDA as a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. It carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Does anyone have any questions?

I filled a prescription for what was supposed to be my valium 5, but they were pink/peach color and have a 10 on one side. Took one before i noticed. Afraid they might not even be valium. Can anyone help? Any advice? ## Hello, Betty! How are you? Is that the full marking on them, just a 10? I don't see anything in the databases that match this. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. ## I have a yellow Valium with only a five on one side and a line on the other. Blue ntz taste like Valium, are they real??? Can you get back to me ASAP before I die? ## Hello, Paul! How are you? Since they are foreign, I cannot guarantee the reliability of this information, but from what I've found, they are listed as containing Nitrazepam, which is also a benzodiazepine. I've been given a valium 2mg about two hours ago and I've asked to be weaned off hydrocodone (up to 12 per day). But the withdrawals are so horrible I'm wondering if I can take a 1/4 of a an 415 will I be ok? And I've eaten soup n fruit. ## Hello, Anna! How are you? The tablet with the An 415 marking is an 8/2mg Suboxone tablet. The FDA lists this as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Was the Suboxone prescribed for you? If not, then you shouldn't take it. It is only meant to treat severe drug addiction. It is not meant for people that have only been taking therapeutic doses of a medication. What types of symptoms are you experiencing? H...

I was wondering if Valium is considered an Amphetamine? ## No, Valium is a benzodiazepine that is most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. ## Those are two total opposite kinds of drugs.

Is it safe to take 20mg Percocet 325s with 6mg valium? At the same time. ## Hello, Bebe! How are you? They should only be combined, with your doctor's approval. Both of these medications can increase sedation and cause depression of the central nervous system, which may be dangerous, if the doses are too high, or if someone has medical conditions that affect their breathing, heart rate and blood pressure. The FDA classifies Percocet as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Valium is classified as a benzodiazepine, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything el...

Is four hours long enough in between Valium and taking Percocet? I also have another Medicine that I take at bed time and am not sure that I should take it since I took the Valium? ## You may still experience more side effects, if you combine them, such as more severe nausea, dizziness, and headache, according to FDA warnings. If you aren't tolerant to these medications, there are some greater risks, including coma and death, so you should only take them both, if your doctor has instructed you to do so. These medications also carry the risk of being habit forming. What is the other medication that you take?

I need to know what valium looks like. ## How long does a Valium 5 mil. stay in my body before being excreted? I only took 1 and have not taken a Valium in 3 years. ## Valium is available as both a name brand and a generic, so it is manufactured by different companies, and it's appearance will be unique to each. Can you please post back with the markings on them? Thank you! That is what would enable me to research them for you to be sure what they contain. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability. It can usually be detectable for about 10 days, after taking it. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Verwon is correct, generic Valium (Diazepam) can carry many differ...

I wouId appreciate some feedback on anyone's experience with taking Valium time released capsules. I'm desperately needing relief from my extreme anxiety conditions. ## It is called ValRelease and works just like other benzodiazepines or other forms of Valium, except it is slow released over time to help keep your symptoms under better control. Can anyone that's actually taken it chime in? The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

I pulled my back out two weeks ago. My doctor gave me a shot of decadron (steroid) and Valium. I only took 2.5 mg of Valium twice (I don't like taking things I'm unsure of) and it didn't get better all. If I took the last 2.5 mg 12 hours ago is it safe to take 5 mg of hydrocodone? It doesn't appear to interact with my steroid shot but wanted to be sure. ## Hello, IndianaGuy! How are you? I didn't find any interactions or problems listed between the Decadron and Norco, but you should always double check such information with your doctor or pharmacist. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I need a patient assistance application for brand name valium, a product of Roche Pharmaceuticals. Do they still have a program and if so, what is the phone number? ## In most cases, once a medication is available as a generic, the name brand manufacturer stops offering an assistance program. However, you may be able to receive help from a program called Rx OutReach, some medications they provide are available at only $20 for a 180 day supply. You can call them to see if you qualify at 888-796-1234. You can also send them a fax at 800-875-6591. I'm on oxycodone and ativan, but the ativan doesn't work with my anxiety. I had back surgery and I had cement put in. I broke 3 vertebrates. Is it safe to ask my doctor to put me on the valium with the oxycodone? When I was in the hospital that's what they were giving me. Even when I left, the valium seemed to help more with relaxing my back and dealing with panic disorder and my anxiety. But my question is, are those two safe to take together? ## Valium is also a benzodiazepine, just like the Ativan, so it will work very similarly for most people. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, and irritability. Since I've filled my old script of Xanax, I now want to switch to my new script of Valium? Both are dated for the same day? Is that allowed? ## It just might be. If your Doctor changed your medication or added some more, even though they are in the same family it should be allowed ## What Eddy said is correct, usually a change in the dosage, or medication itself is allowed, but your pharmacist should be able to let you know for sure, since these are controlled substances, it might be different. The FDA warns that Xanax, and Valium both carry the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and mood changes.
