I am 87 years old . Have ben on Urimax 0.4mj for nealy a decade. Just wondering if anyone knows the answer to this: I take Actiq for my migraines and works great most of the time but is really doing a number on my teeth. I've heard that the lozenge form of Fentanyl (Fentora) has no sugar in it at all, but a lot of people I've talked to say it's not as long lasting as the Actiq and their pain tends to re-occur quicker. I've decided at my next Dr. appt to ask for my Soma back. I have a certain bone disease, and the only thing that helped the awful pain from it was Soma. I have back problems for which they prescribe hydrocodone for. I keep them on hand for times of major discomfort to allow time to see doctor and not go running to emergency room. I just realized the last one I have is different than the two I took last night and this morning. is vicodin be taken off the market in January 2014 ## Hi Tommie, From what I've read, the only thing that's changing as of 2014 is the amount of Acetaminophen that they put into those types of medications (i.e. Norco, Vicodin, Percocet, etc..) The new maximum allowed dose is supposed to be 325mgs, due to an increased risk of liver toxicity. In my opinion, if something is really that toxic to your liver, we probably shouldn't be taking it anyways in any quantity. There are plenty of other anti-inflammatory options on the market (both natural and prescription) that are considered to be much safer than Acetaminophen in that regard. Androlic is an anabolic steroid and improper use of it can cause damage to your body, some of which may be permanent. The Mobizox contains the active ingredient Chlorzoxazone, which is used as a muscle relaxant, so it can help with pain from muscle spasms, but will generally not be effective against pain form other causes.
