Which tablets or vitamins is used for skin whitening Since ,I used whitening night creams like faiza and golden pearl and formula creams, my skin started very white at the start of the creams,. And now 3 years later my skin has become very bad and now I do not like cream, but it looks worse, now I advise the doctor and they said that there is no treatment. Is it harmful to take vitamin c 2000mg per day? I'm going to take glutathione pills for whitening skin. Its required to take double amount of vitamin c while taking glutathione. Melas should not be used as a skin fairness cream... Melas cream should be used only at night before bed time for 15-20 minutes and then clean your face. And the next day use Melas ultra cream 5-6 times during the day.
