White With Blue Specks

I received a pill that is sort of oval with K25 imprinted on it and it is blank on the back. The pill is white with little blue specks. ## I started taking a OVAL WHITE PILL with BLUE SPECKS on it with K/25 yesterday.I was prescribed this by my Dr. for weightloss.It is Phentermine37.5mg. I have been reading alot about this pill but noticed that everyone else had a different number on it than mine.So I Googled the description with the number and was brought to this forum.Hope I helped! I have a oblong white pill with blue specks, on one side it doesn't have anything on it, on the other side it has 3 things.. a capital U, then its either a 4 or it looks like a L with a slash, then either a 0 (zero) or capital O. I've tried searching everything!!! I've seen a lot of Adipex that are white with blue specks, but I've never seen one like this & cant find it anywhere on the web! Does ucb still make lortab 10mg pills? ## Hello, Betsy! How are you? No, the ones that contained 500mgs of Acetaminophen are no longer available. All of these combination medications that contain a narcotic and Acetaminophen have been lowered to only contain a maximum of 352mgs per dose and any that contained more than that have been discontinued. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I found them in a house i was working in and I just wanna know what they are ## Hi butterball, Based on your description, it sounds to me like the depiction of a 37.5 mg Phentermine tablet, prescribed for weight loss. If you were to run a google image search for "phentermine hcl blue speckled 37.5mg" you'll be able to get a visual of what I'm referring to. The description of the pill sounds like phentermine (white with blue speckels), but the imprint does not sound correct. With the markings you describe, unfortunately there might be a chance that those pills are something else. I found these I'm my mother's ??, and I can not figure out what they are. I've searched every website to identify anonymous ??'s I've been told they are a diet ?? called phentermine. Is this what this ?? is? I do not know if the engraving says 018 or 810. It depends on How you hold the ??. ## Hi peanut, Based on the description provided, this appears to be a real 37.5 mg Phentermine tablet (with a National Drug Code of 64850-810). However, the actual imprint should read "810". Apparently it's made by a company called Elite Laboratories Inc. You could try contacting them if there's still some doubt about its appearance... Does your pill have a score line dividing the tablet into two sections?

However I have yet to come across any specific details matching the P R on one side. Whereabouts did you come across this pill? I also wonder if the letter P or R look uniquely shaped/cursive-like/close together/etc..? Any additional clues or insight would be appreciated.

v on one side ## white oblong with blue specks ## If that was the only marking, I am inclined to think that this was most likely some type of over the counter product. I am not aware of any prescription medications that meet this description and have only a V on them with no additional markings. Does anyone recognize this tablet? ## Believe that would be your lot tab 7.5 mg also known as specs. Almost certain of it, you might want to talk to your children if you have any. What is this pill? ## Found a round pill in my apt. Wanted to know what it was. It's white with blue specks. It's cut in half so all I have is the left side with an M above a 2. The other side is scored in quarters. ## Sun Pharmaceuticals lists the tablet with the MP 273 marking as containing 37.5mgs of Phentermine, it is a stimulant that is used to aid in weight loss. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, nervousness, and weight loss. The imprint is correct it is a WATSON 775 Its white or a very light blue with blue specks. Its round as well, no lines or impressions on it either. I've looked everywhere and can't find an explanation as to what this particular pill is. ## Hi, Kyle! I haven't found anything to match this, either and I've checked several databases.
