round with TL 174 on one side and the other side has a t shape ## I was only able to locate ML 174 - it too is white, and round. Although I have only found one generic that is as effective(white watsons). Even with them the ultram makes the pain relief last longer. Is a round thick white pill ## I can't find a listing for this specific tablet, but that does make sense, because the FR logo is used by Ultra Tab Laboratories on their over the counter products, which aren't required to be listed with the FDA. They manufacture many over the counter combination products that are used to treat the symptoms of cold and flu. Where was it found? I've done some searching, but it's not turning up in the U.S. prescription drug databases that I've checked. The SP is a logo used on some prescription tablets, but nothing with these numbers. That makes me wonder if it's possibly a foreign medication, perhaps from Canada… Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
