TV is a manufacturers logo that is used on several prescription tablets, so can you please post back with the full marking? Is it TV 4096? If so, Teva Pharmaceuticals lists it as containing 10mgs of Baclofen and yes, it is a muscle relaxant, but no, you cannot compare it to a narcotic, because it is not an actual analgesic, it will only help with muscle spasms and pain. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.

The rounded-edged bar with "1 1" on one side is most definitely Alprazolam 2mg. However, the white bar with "tv 1003 5 5 5" is most certainly not a Xanax bar. Most of the various other imprints are solid but it's not that hard not to get fooled on account of another med looking like one but not actually being one.
