Is there a metoprol 50mg with the number 631? ## Hi ambi, Based on my research, I don't believe there is a Metoprolol with that exact marking. Perhaps it could be a number within another set of numbers or imprint, but I'm not finding anything that matches 631 in and of itself. The closest Metoprolol I located is a white round pill with a triangle logo sitting above the numbers "831". This happens to be a 50mg Metoprolol succinate extended release tablet. i have found a white pill that is slightly small. it's oblong. It looks like it has an A or a triangle with a line through the triangle. It also has a M on the same side as the Symobol. both sides of the pill has a line in the middle. there are no numbers or letters on the other side. the triangle and the m are the only imprint on this pill. ## From what I can find, this contains 25mgs of controlled release Metoprolol, the active ingredient in Toprol XL, this is a beta blocker used to treat high blood pressure and other cardiac diseases. There are several possibilities: 1) This is some sort of over the counter product or non FDA approved supplement. They are not regulated by the FDA the way that prescription meds are, thus are not necessarily required to have distinct imprint codes on them 2) This is from a foreign country 3) This is an illegal drug of some sort Keith, do you have any additional details such as where you obtained it, what is has been used for, etc?

I need to find out what this is FAST!! I was walking through a parking lot with my two puppies, and we came up on a pile of pills that had been spilled & just left there. Has triangle on it with a p inside underneath has 012 ## From I have been able to find, this tablet is manufactured by Advance Pharmaceuticals, and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Tylenol, it is available over the counter. My grandfather was a Doctor back in the day, and I am trying to identify all of the antique drugs to see which may be rare and worth money and such, any way, like i said in the title, i have a good number of these pills, unmarked, simply a round white pill, and on both sides, an S' inside of a triangle. Now keep in mind these are antique so chances are whatever it is may n ot be around any more or is very different looking...thanks for your help! ## I believe that it is Fiorinal made by Sandoz pharmaceuticals in Hanover NJ. It fell out of a cabinet at my grandparents house and I've never seen it before? nothing on back side. Just one side with the hourglass shape. ## The hourglass logo is used by Ivax Pharmaceuticals, however, I am not aware of any that don't have any additional markings, such as numbers on them. I found a round almost white pill that is blank on one side and the other side has a symbol off what looks like three triangles and the number 150 under the triangles.
