I got a triangular white pill with 3 and 8 on both sided with a buble in them. What are these? Please help. ## I located a "possible" match to your pill, based on your description. This pill is white, triangle-shaped, with "M" on one side and "8" on the other. The "M" looks like a "3" if held sideways, so I thought there was a chance that the marking could've been misread on your pill. If you run a search for "m 8 white triangle pill" on google images, you'll see the pill I'm referring to. It is Hydromorphone hydrochloride (8 mg). Looks exactly like Mallinckrodt's 8mg hydromorphone pill....except it's not. Possibly a fake? I was informed this is a kind of heart medication but could find no such information online even searching through the manufacturer site. I did find, however several instances in where the actual manufacturer had made similar mistakes in the past i.e. placing a percentage of incorrect medication into a shipment. Please respond if you definitely know what this could be. On one side it has a line that splits it in half but the other side has what looks like a faded square I'm pretty sure but not positive. Each corner of the pills edges are rounded. I'd say its about almost half the size of an average females pinky finger nail. ## There is no way to be completely certain what this contains, without any specific imprint, but there are some anabolic steroids for sale online that meet this description. There are several possibilities: 1) This is some sort of over the counter product or non FDA approved supplement.
