Trying to ID a white tablet - one side has 1p 112, other is scored. ## The correct imprint actually uses the letter I rather than the number 1. So it is actually a white tablet with IP 112 inscribed on it. This is a combination pain reliever / narcotic containing Acetaminophen 500 / Hydrocodone 7.5 mg (generic for Lortab). (NDC 53746-112). Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, nausea, dry mouth and constipation.

What is this ## Just out of curiosity, whereabouts did either of you locate this tablet? Sometimes the origin of a pill can provide further insight as to its contents. A tablet enscribed "" is typically Codeine + Paracetamol, usually available over the counter in an 8/500 dosage. I found a pill that has p 500 on one side and blank on the other. It's oblong. I cannot find out what it is.
