Need help identifying a small round white pill. Front of pill is scored in the center with and imprint of an odd shaped E on top and 50 beneath, back of pill is blank. I think it is a painkiller of some sort. Can anyone confirm what this pill is? And if it is a painkiller what is it most comparable to in sense of strength? (i.e. on a scale from Tylenol to Vicodin to OxyContin) ## This tablet is manufactured by Epic Pharma and they list it as containing 50mgs of Meperidine. Plz help what is this??? ## Hi Rae, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a round white pill marked with "G" over "421" on one side, and blank on the other. There is also a horizontal score line on the side with the markings. This particular pill is identified as a 2.5mg Midodrine HCl tablet; which is used to treat hypotension. If there is in fact a "C" on your pill as well, then I'm not sure what it might be... but if you could please double check the imprint that would be great. NOTE: the size of the pill is also supposed to be approximately 7.00 mm I hope this info helps!

I've found a white oblong pill with rounded ends. It's embossed with "L404" on one side, while the other side is plain. Forgot what it is, not in original container. ## @Tadeus, I've yet to find a specific match to this pill, but I do have a feeling that its manufacturer is Barr (Teva) Pharmaceuticals USA. I would recommend contacting them directly for more information and to at least verify that it's something they actually make. There are other pills with similar imprints that come up under Barr (Teva) Pharma, so I think that may be our best clue to narrowing down some possibilities. I purchased Clomid to help me and my partner conceive, but it came in these blister packs with no imprint whatsoever. Want to know what pill is white round with P on one side and 425 on the other ## The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "PE 425" rather than "P 425". This pill is also white, but it doesn't specify its shape. The pill I just described is identified as Durahist PE; which is used in the treatment of nasal congestion and rhinitis. Durahist PE contains the following active ingredients: Chlorpheniramine (8mg) + Methscopolamine (1.25 mg) + Phenylephrine (20 mg) The manufacturer of this specific pill is ProEthic Laboratories LLC. My prescription drug was changed from phenytoin with the purple band to phenytoin plain white with the number 420 printed twice on the capsule; I was told it was fine to take same formula and different manufacturer but when I asked if the fillers were the same the pharmacist stumbled and then said it is ok.
