found pill - oblong white tablet L484 other side blank ## This is an over the counter product sold as a generic product called Pain Reliever Extra Strength Tablets. It contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is equivelent to an extra strength Tylenol. ## i found a pill that is white, oval, and has L484 stamped on it. ## It is exactly what I posted above, Acetaminophen 500mgs, a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol.

This is an oblong (oval), white tablet with the imprint L 484 on it. Somebody told me it is a pain killer but I don't know exactly what kind it is. The first is larger with number only on one side. The second is smaller with indent for dividing in half on one side and number on the other. Also has large ^ with a small P under it in front of number. I think they are some Tylenol generic, but not sure. ## The pill in description marked L484 is Acetaminophen (500 mg).
