I have a round, white pill that has a 3 on one side and an M inside a square, what is this? ## This is generic acetaminophen #3 with codeine. It has 300mg acetaminophen (or tylenol) and 30mg codeine. It is a schedule three controlled substance, that is a narcotic pain killer used for mild to moderate pain. It can be abused and is highly addictive. Side effects include nausea, constipation, euphoria, among others. Hi I found pills in a bag in my teenage sons room, and I can't seem to find the right answers online as to what they really are and if they are bad. They are round and off white to me since they are not the starch white id refer to for white pills. On one side is a 5, and the other has a M that is a pointy font imprint ( if that makes sense) please note there is NOT a square around the M which most results pointed to oxycodone or Ritalin. It is not scored either. My son of 11 years has been taking zempred 16mg twice a week for 3 months. Earlier on he took it for 18 months at dosages of 16mg, 8mg and 4mg; but when the dr stopped prescribing it, the white spots started spreading. Is their a blue suboxone? Was told it comes in a square and you cut it in 4 pieces. Its blue thick and has a bubble gum taste when put under lounge yes its as bad of a taste as orange ones have. My doctor keeps telling me that there is no such thing as Xanax xr, but I have been on them before, so I'm confused!?! He also said that there was no such thing as Ambien xr, again have been on it before. Yes there are real yellow xanax. There are so many companies that make em now. I'd say there is a good 40 different kinds or more. They come in .25 mg .50 mg 1 mg 2 mg and even extended release 3 mg. And every company has many colors for all the sizes. The best ones are the light blue footballs that are name brand and say xanax on them, and the white square edge bars that are name brand name with xanax on them. They are round edged white bars. There are square edged yellow bars. There are square edged green bars and don't get me started on all the colors of all the smaller size ones.
